Price Level Index
Price levels differ among countries, and this variation is measured using a price level index.
This index sets the average price for the entire EU at 100. If a country's index is higher than 100,
it indicates that the cost of living there is relatively high compared to the EU average. Conversely, if the index is lower than 100,
it suggests that the cost of living in that country is relatively low.
The price level index for transportation includes costs for vehicles, fuel, maintenance, and transportation services like tickets.
